MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA

Richard Milhous Nixon, President of the United States, by and through his attorney, Otis L. Packwood, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, moves the Court to quash the subpoena issued against Richard Milhous Nixon at the request of defendant, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 11A11, upon the following grounds:

1. The President of the United States is not personally and formally subject to the jurisdiction of the Court in this case.

2. There is no showing that the President has any knowledge of any matters that are germane in the instant litigation in which defendant is charged with violating 50 App. U.S.C. Section 462.

WHEREFORE; plaintiff prays that said subpoena be quashed and held void by this Court and that he be given such other and further relief to which he may be justly entitled by virtue of the premises.
